The Service Department at Mini of St. Louis stands head and shoulders above all the service departments I have frequented. Arman is the reason I bought my current Mini. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always on top of things. He arranged a loaner for me as I had a doctor's appointment the next morning. He called later the same day to give me an update on the status of my car. A few hours later, the mechanic working on my car sent me a video of his progress. The bottom line is simple: You see a salesman once when you buy a new car. You know the service department writers for the rest of your life with that car. Arman went above and beyond assisting me with the repair for my Mini Countryman.
