Masom was our salesman, and is very knowledgeable with the Kia cars and all their details. We came in one day, with some electronic issues, while three other salesman stood around us, all saying they neve the Kia cars and all their details. We came in one day, with some electronic issues, while three other salesman stood around us, all saying they never heard of such “technical” issues, only to have Masom walk up, and immediately know exactly what it was, and how to work it. He apparently is one of the only ones, who knows all the details in each car. More
