I walked in without an appointment and he assisted asap. Jim M'Lady was having a taco day so there was a vendor there that was making fresh tacos. It was awesome! Bought a car and had 3 delicious fresh tacos for lunch! Eddie helped me make sure that I got the right deal for my needs. He went over everything in detail. He even brought over the GM (Mir) to assist. I took a test drive and decided I wanted this car. 2 hours later I was out the door in my new car, filled with a full tank of gas and cleaned. I even get free oil changes at Jim M'Lady for the Altima! Free car washes also. Eddie brought me water, had lunch with me and we went for a ride. Overall great experience. The finance portion went quickly. I would go back and recommend this dealership to all! 10 Stars to Jim M'Lady and its crew. Thank you Eddie and Mir!! More

I had such a good experience then that, when I decided to buy another new car, my husband and I went back in 2016. A year later, when we decided he needed a new car, we were back! When the 2018 Rogue was released, I needed to have it, so we just bought a new one yesterday! The front office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service department has always been excellent. As long as Nissan keeps making great cars, we will be loyal M'Lady customers! More

Great Place To Buy A Vehicle! Good Service Department and clean waiting area. We have been very impressed with our past experiences in bringing our vehicle in for service at M'La Good Service Department and clean waiting area. We have been very impressed with our past experiences in bringing our vehicle in for service at M'Lady that when the time came to purchase a vehicle, there was no doubt where to go. We started with Eddie, who was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all of our purchase options. We were then taken and introduced to Sal, who is the Service Manager. He made sure our vehicle was in their "system". Scott, in Customer Service explained the Payment Partner Program and finally Abe, the Finance Manager, tied everything together with the vehicle purchase while we discussed interesting stories about historical events. Everyone was very professional and contributed to a relaxed environment in which to purchase a vehicle. More

Most relaxing no pressure car buying experience ever! Hubby and I have been researching new cars for a few days and we have spoken with many salesmen at different dealers that seemed less than thrilled to Hubby and I have been researching new cars for a few days and we have spoken with many salesmen at different dealers that seemed less than thrilled to do their jobs. I called MLady to ask a few questions and was treated so respectfully on the phone. Brett Strohmaier called back when he said he would. He directed us to Jay Alvarez to help us narrow down our search. We met with him and he blew us away! He is so patient with my many many questions. He is a very knowledgeable sales person. And absolutely no pressure! Ryan in finance beat my expectations with the deal he gave us. No haggle ,no fuss, no games! We will be return customers as well as I plan on telling anyone that listens to come here. Great prices, no pressure and patient! Shelly More
