Just had my first service experience for a routine GOF. Peter Halabrin was very professional and courteous and got me in and out right away. He also did a recent recall fix that I had not yet been notified of but ironically came in the mail a couple of days later which saved me from coming back. I did notice a slight oil leak on my garage floor the next day but it might have been from excess run off after it was changed. Tech might want to view or wipe off undercarriage if possible after an oil change. Seems to be ok now. More

When I got there I was greeted by Scott and he asked me the reason for my visit and I told him I had a few questions about the Altima and jus Nissan. When I got there I was greeted by Scott and he asked me the reason for my visit and I told him I had a few questions about the Altima and just wanted to check it out. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars. He did a great job explaining all the features and packages. He showed me The different models and colors the car was offered in. I never felt pressured once to make a purchase. He understood that I had a budget I was working with and he did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted within that budget. Bryan helped me pick a financing package that would work for me. He did a great job explaining the different packages and helped me pick the one that was best suited for me. I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend M'lady Nissan to anyone looking for new car and great service. More
