Alex went above and beyond to get Us the right car after my wife had totaled her 2017 Sentra . We don’t have the best credit, no money down, but Alex helped us along with your team to get us into a Rogue sport without pressure, and very accommodating. I have dealt with other Nissan Dealerships and have never had this kind of smooth experience. I want you to know that because of the people at your dealership including Alex, Brandon in service, and Randy in finance, you have our continued business and service for our Nissans. I hope that you can give Alex much appreciation for going above and beyond to help us out in a rough time. More

The sales man, Sam was so knowledgeable and courteous that it really blew me away. I went in there with the intention of returning my leased vehicle and getting something a little bit better and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I didn't want before guiding me to a couple of options. No pressure on me either!!!! He never tried to "up sell" me on anything I wouldn't want. Fantastic staff and great quality vehicles!!! I would recommend them to anyone at all!!! More

I have tried other places and they do not compare to them.Every person in there is so nice and respectful. I had wanted an SUV and had my eye on the Rogue for a long time. I thought I'd never be able to have one. I went to M"Lady for an oil change on the Altima we had leased from them. We then went to the front and looked at all the new cars. Where did we end up? Right by the Nissan Rogue. Everyone asked if they could help as they always do. We said no just looking. My sister and I knew we could not afford it. We stopped in by Rand Del Rosario to say hello. He had helped with our first car. There is where we met Eddie Colville. He was very nice, sociable and friendly. He treated us with respect. He didn't discriminate because of our age. He said he could help us. Eddie Coville makes you feel at ease was very easy to talk to. My sister is the brave one and she told him to show us what he could do. Eddi worked hard with MIR Ali and came up with an offer that made our heads spin. We could not refuse. We got our SUV Rogue. Ir was right in our budget. I was so thankful that he was there. I met quite a few great people that day. Another was Scot Ryan. He helped us to decide on what was the best protection plan for us. He explained everything. He also treated us with respect. I drive 120 miles round trip to this dealership and would never go to another. I have been there 3 times and all three times was a good experience More

The Best Sales Consultant is an Educated Consultant I’ve been on the search for a new vehicle since August 2017. During that search I visited 12 dealers and test drove 23 Crossover SUVs. During my s I’ve been on the search for a new vehicle since August 2017. During that search I visited 12 dealers and test drove 23 Crossover SUVs. During my search I visited M’Lady Nissan 3 times and test drove various versions of the Rogue each time. This past weekend my lucky stars were aligned when I opened the door to the M’Lady Nissan showroom and was greeted by Drew Westermeyer. I knew before I put the Rogue SV in reverse that Drew would be the car sales consultant to put an end to my drawn out search. Drew is more than a passenger during the vehicle test drive...he is an A-plus car sales consultant! Out of the 3 different sales consultants at M’Lady that I had interactions with during my car search Drew had the most knowledge about the vehicle and showed much passion for the brand and his position! In fact he was the most passionate and knowledgeable cars sales consultants, from any dealership, that I encountered in my entire search. Before we went on the test drive Drew showed me all the amazing features of the Rogue SV. He was so knowledgeable about the product that I truly believe he could have closed his eyes and told me where every button was located and what it did. The thing that really sealed the deal for me was the test drive route that Drew took me on. It was longer than any test drive the other 2 sales M’Lady sales consultants took me on and it gave me the absolute best feeling for the Rogue SV, that I was considering as my next vehicle. We returned from the test drive, did the numbers thing and soon after I was en route to my abode in my new Nissan Rogue SV. Honorable mentions of excellence in my M’Lady Nissan experience are as follows: Mir Ali, Scott Ryan, and Bryan Murphy. More

Absolutely disgusted with my experience! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. Read their Yelp reviews which paint a more accurate picture of how customers are treated here. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. Read their Yelp reviews which paint a more accurate picture of how customers are treated here. They attract you with lower prices and then rush you through the whole process while adding several fees along the way. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Maxima from this dealership and the advertised price ($34k) is nowhere what I ended up paying (41.5k). The whole process is not transparent. They rushed through the documentation and the documents are riddled with several hidden fees. I did ask several questions throughout my purchase and later realized that the answers were all blatant lies. We were talked into getting extended warranty and no luck yet trying to get that canceled. I was lied straight to my face that it can't be canceled for 6 months. I visited the dealership twice already but the finance manager Abe is not willing to cancel it. Message for M'lady Nissan: Please address the serious issues in your finance department. It does not make sense to skimp on a $3k warranty from a customer who just purchased a $41k car from you. You just lost all future business/referrals from me. More

We had never experienced a hurricane; however, that changed as Hurricane Irma was heading our way. Due to the severity of the storm, we decided to head back home to stay with my parents in Island Lake. So, on September 7th, we hastily packed our 2000 Chevy Suburban with our children, dog, and most precious belongings and headed north. Within a few hours, we realized that our Suburban may not have enough life left to take us the 1700 miles we needed to travel, but we pressed on through the night. Traffic was horrible as we, and 6 million of our closest Floridians, drove for hours on end, searching for enough gas and resources to carry us on our journey. We had decided to drive straight through as hotel occupancy was scarce; however, we misjudged the amount of time we would spend on the road. Our faithful ride was not made for this type of trip, and after a grueling 36 hour drive our bodies were screaming for relief. After arriving at our destination on September 9th, we knew it was time to purchase a new vehicle...something more appropriate for our needs. Sleep deprived and sore, we headed over to MLady Nissan where we were greeted by Eddie Colville. He was very sympathetic to our situation and wasted no time in showing us the car we had been looking at. The entire process was seamless and we felt that every person who helped us, had our best interest at heart. We left the dealership feeling secure in our purchase, and confident that we would make it back to Florida in the comfort of our new and safe Armada. Hurricane Irma devastated Florida, but we are thankful that we sustained minimal damage to our property. Thank you Eddie, Scott, and Bryan for helping us through a difficult time. We would recommend MLady Nissan to any of our friends and family. More
