Tom Lood and this dealership went to bat and beyond expectations in standing up for us on a manufacturing defect that took place on our 2019 Mercedes C300. Thanks to their efforts the entire repair w expectations in standing up for us on a manufacturing defect that took place on our 2019 Mercedes C300.
