Great service! 9/7/2019 This was my first time getting my 2018 Ford Escape serviced after buying it at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to just have to pull in to t This was my first time getting my 2018 Ford Escape serviced after buying it at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to just have to pull in to the service (not park outside) garage and check in. The staff was friendly, relatable, and professional. Service took maybe 45 minutes tops. Overall A++ More

Cortese Ford Service is honest and they do great work I have been taking my vehicles to Cortese Ford for service for several years now. Oil change Scheduled my 2018 f-350 for its first oil change. No problem. Arrived on time. No problem. Was greeted by service warmly. No problem. Went to sit with Scheduled my 2018 f-350 for its first oil change. No problem. Arrived on time. No problem. Was greeted by service warmly. No problem. Went to sit with Tom Ciavarri. No problem. He lays down an info sheet on the new 2019 Ranger. PROBLEM! They aren't available yet and we need a new truck for the wife. Tom said no problem. We get one in I'll call you. Problem solved! Thanks Cortese Ford...problem solvers one and all. And thanks to the front end guys for polishing off that dozen donuts. More
