Over Priced Labor Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the sp Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the springs needed removed and compressed, just regular 2 point fixed locations. Price per shock was OK, but Labor to install was over $225. I have been to other service garages over 40 years and Never paid this much for installation, but I needed the inspection done as it was the end of the month. I would highly question the labor rate if other work is required again. More

Recently had my 04 Mustang in for an oil change. I drive this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. Realizing this, Scott called and asked if I'd like the inspection done early as it was due in July. I was grateful for this consideration and the very real possibility of avoiding a traffic stop and ticket had I let the inspection lapse again. It's these little things that keep me coming back to Cortese Ford. I'd also like to commend the service staff for their professionalism and politeness whenever I;'m in there for service on one of our 3 fords. They're always friendly and willing to answer questions.
