I was searching for a used Dodge Ram, and saw what I was looking for in the inventory on line. I went the next day and Scott Ray took me out to look at the truck. He explained their policy on this partic looking for in the inventory on line. I went the next day and Scott Ray took me out to look at the truck. He explained their policy on this particular truck, and was honest and up front about the entire process. He was courteous, easy to talk to and deal with. I went home, and the next day I purchased the vehicle Cash. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole, and Scott's knowledge in this sale was excellent. David Cain, Scott Ray and Danny Hawkins were AMAZING! ! That’s why we bought our third vehicle from this team. Scott made sure we knew how to use all the bells and whistles and explained the differences ! That’s why we bought our third vehicle from this team. Scott made sure we knew how to use all the bells and whistles and explained the differences between trim models so the we could make an informed decision. David, the sales manager, spoke to us directly and brought us closer into the sales process reassuring our decision. Once in the finance office, Danny was quick, polite and professional. He explained the additional warranty products without pressure and let us choose what we wanted. All in all, THIS TEAM IS THE BEST!!! More
