Had a unique situation where my windshield pump was not working. Brian called me and indicated that they found a mouse in the windshield washer reservoir. He said that it typically would not be covered u working. Brian called me and indicated that they found a mouse in the windshield washer reservoir. He said that it typically would not be covered under warranty but he involved his manager and they called their GMC representative. I have all my service work done at Brogden. Brian called me back in a very short time, told me that they had discussed the mouse situation with the GMC representative and agreed that this was not any fault of mine and that it would be covered under warranty with no cost to me. I am very appreciative of both Brian and the service manager for siding with me as the customer in this very unique situation. Thank you Brian! More

Have been a customer of Robert Brogden’s service department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to g department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to go to the dealership in person to obtain an appointment. Did not receive follow up communication until after making multiple inquiring calls a week later. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the service department could not locate the vehicle or the keys on the lot. I located the vehicle on the lot and they were eventually able to locate the keys. When I paid for the diagnosis and asked for a print out of the technicians notes they would not print them off because I was not going to have the repairs performed at that time. More
