They are friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and eager to resolve any problems when car issues arise! In my case, it was rodents infesting my 2023 Crosstrek Subaru! Just horrible! This invaluable team of professionals did everything they could to provide me with the optimal service and resolve! Thank you for outstanding service! Subaru of Las Vegas broke the law and illegally ran a hard credit inquiry on me without my knowledge, or permission. I sold them a vehicle and the entire process took way too long and took way too mu hard credit inquiry on me without my knowledge, or permission. I sold them a vehicle and the entire process took way too long and took way too much effort from me as the seller in holding their hand throughout the entire process to ensure they completed the tasks required. While the sale of my car was like pulling teeth, the biggest issue with this transaction is as follows: After I left the dealership, they illegally ran a hard credit inquiry on me without my knowledge, permission, or giving them any information. Again, I will say this is illegal and runs counter to the law outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is their responsibility to resolve this issue to my satisfaction, which they failed to do. They requested that I divulge almost all of my personal information to a 3rd party company in hopes that they can remove the illegal credit pull. They requested my Social Security Number (which I never gave to them in the first place), photos of my social security card, and account numbers for any accounts that may have been affected. This is asinine. As I refuse to give that information to some company I have never heard of, they have thrown up their hands and given up on making me whole. I devoted a great deal of time and energy which contributed to a great deal of stress on my family in trying to fix their error. They have admitted what they did was wrong and illegal, yet have no desire to repair the damage they have done to me and subsequently their reputation. Avoid Findlay Auto Group - especially Subaru of Las Vegas - like the plague. More

A lot of back and forth with Josh on financing options, but we finally cooked a great deal. Beyond that, Josh is clearly an asset to your sales staff. Josh worked with management to get me an extra $500 on my trade which sweetened the deal. josh spent considerable time going over the finer points of the car with just purchased, all of which was appreciated. And to top it off he checked to see that I got home with no car issues noting that I live 100 miles from your dealership. Great job by entire staff!!! More
