Scott Lewis (GM), Zachary Eaton (pre-own need to unexpectedly purchase a new vehicle. The team at Herb Chambers could not have been more helpful. Scott Lewis (GM), Zachary Eaton (pre-owned mgr.) and Keith Jafri provided great service. Zachary met with us to determine what we were looking for including price range and vehicle condition. He brought in two Ford Edges matching what we were looking for both in price and feature set. Zachary was very responsive and easy to work with. Scott Lewis worked with us in some of the high end details including trade in value. Scott was fair and easy to work with. Keith walked us through all the steps in the Sales process. Post sales he spent all the time needed regarding final open item details and provided a great overview of the features of the Edge. Overall a great team effort.
