I made an appointment and check-in was quick. There were a lot of cars there for service, so I really appreciated the Quality employee who met incoming cars and showed them where to park and where to check in. After my service ticket was written up, a Quality shuttle took me home. Several hours later, I was called and told that the work was done. I asked for a shuttle pickup and one arrived a bit later. Attentive service personnel, a friendly shuttle driver, and a pretty quick service turnaround all made for a professional and pleasant experience.
