We are happy with the service department and staff. This was a simple rotation of tires so there was not really a problem. They did leave a grease mark on the carpet so they had to clean it. Every time i call im put on hold for an extended period of time. I have to call multiple times and im lucky if I actually get an actual person on the phone from the service department. They are always backed up. Even for something as simple as an oil change. Not impressed with the service at this dealership. More

Brought in my car for service. 4 days in the shop they successfully made it worse. No lift or Uber. Shuttle service very limited if at all available.
