I think for me personally I would prefer to have worked more in person as that is my comfort level but I found that a remote purchase overall was better than I expected. And my trade in process went smoothly as well. Would have appreciated some congrats on being a first time BMW over swag like a key chain or a tote / license plate holder. I purchased extended warranties so that kind of thank you goes a long way in feeling taken care of and a desire to purchase again. More
