In my whole adult life, I have exclusively purchased/driven Toyota and I came here to say that I recently had the WORST service experience that I've ever had at any Toyota dealership in all of purchased/driven Toyota and I came here to say that I recently had the WORST service experience that I've ever had at any Toyota dealership in all of my years. Four and a half hours for a battery change after they broke a part that had nothing to do with the battery, causing my car to fail after driving away. The service director, Scott was incredibly rude, unaccommodating and unapologetic. I was also told by another service staff member that this exact thing had happened several times in the day prior to my own. More

I am always pleased with this dealership. My family has bought many vehicles from them and the service is always good. I was surprised this time when I walked out to get my car. I have never received a wet car out of the car wash like it had just been rained on. I pulled a towel out of my car and dried it off while the service people watched and didn’t seem to care. Hopefully at the new location there will be a dryer on the car wash. More

The salesman was awesome but when there was an issue with the truck at delivery I was advised the dealership would fix it the next day. I trusted them, took the truck home, and the next day the service manag the truck at delivery I was advised the dealership would fix it the next day. I trusted them, took the truck home, and the next day the service manager, Scott, told me that he didn't care what I was told when I bought the truck, he wasn't going to fix the truck I had just purchased.
