I don’t usually suffer from indecision. The color choices for the NX are frankly boring! There was a pre-owned NX in royal blue that I loved. It was a 2017 model. The problem was, it was only $6,000 less tha for the NX are frankly boring! There was a pre-owned NX in royal blue that I loved. It was a 2017 model. The problem was, it was only $6,000 less than a brand new one. Eventually I chose the new one. Merrell was patient, and helpful without being pushy. I have bought many cars from Westside Lexus. Merrell was a pleasure to deal with. He never made me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He is typical of the Lexus family. More

20K Service on RX 350 Loaner was waiting, dealership was able to fix spot on windshield where a pebble hit and spidered ( I had purchased windshield insurance).
