Believe all of the reviews you see about this place regarding “bait and switch”, “hidden fees” “misleading”, “etc. Car buying is a stressful process for most of us, however this car dealership takes un regarding “bait and switch”, “hidden fees” “misleading”, “etc. Car buying is a stressful process for most of us, however this car dealership takes unethical to the next level. If you see an internet price, you will need to add $7000-$8000 to it to get the out the door price. Tax, title, registration, doc fee is understandable and ever dealer charges that, however you also have to pay $4000 to certify the car. So, the real price of the actual car is “internet list price” which looks great when searching vehicles online + “$4000”. I know car dealerships make up all types of things, however this is by far the most unethical business practice I have ever seen. In a world full of “hidden fees”, “junk fees”, etc this place takes it to another level. More

I have to say, I was skeptical. I was dealing with a representative over e-mail and was provided with a lease quote that was one of the better ones I have seen. I initially did not I was dealing with a representative over e-mail and was provided with a lease quote that was one of the better ones I have seen. I initially did not want to make the trip to the dealership because I thought I would be told, that some information was omitted or the actual deal was much higher. Well, to my surprise, I was wrong. I was greeted by Schuyler Miller who set me up with Tom Bastardo to work with. Even though I told Tom I did not need to drive the car (I had already test drove it at another dealer), he insisted I go to look at the model and color I wanted (which I appreciated). It turns out the deal was what I was told over e-mail. The lease negotiation was minimal and the payment was exactly where I wanted to be and I feel they gave me a very competitive deal. I am satisfied with my experience. Tom was very helpful and took time away from other customers when I came back to pick up the car so he could show me how to work the various features. Schuyler was easy to work with as well. More

Walked in to no greeting and had to find someone to help me. Was taken care of to see and test drive the vehicle I wanted and pre scheduled for. Upon returning, I had to again search for someone to return t me. Was taken care of to see and test drive the vehicle I wanted and pre scheduled for. Upon returning, I had to again search for someone to return the keys. Someone offered to assist me on my purchase. Online the car was offered at $17,998. Was told “This is the internet price and you must buy this coverage for $4000 on top of that.” Never found out the true price and left feeling irritated. The website should disclose this information before wasting my time. Also to note the vehicle was under 20,000 miles and still had build warranties available to the purchaser (as explained by the sales manager). Update: Jamie contacted me and we attempted to work out an equitable deal, unfortunately there still appear to be too many obstacles. Jamie was pleasant and I thank him for his time spent. More

Wish I could’ve given them zero stars. Went and visited a car twice before even talking about pricing. Internet prices look great, until you sit down and get into the nuts and bolts of purchasing. Off the bat I’m told every single Nissan certified used car MUST have a warranty purchased with it. The warranty for ALL used nissans was $4,000 even though their website explicitly states NOTHING about having to purchase an extended warranty. On top of that the sales manager skyler had the audacity to ask me if I would be willing to put less than 50% cash down after already telling him I only wanted to finance 20-30% of the purchase price and he asked me if I would extend the life of the loan. Additionally their dealer fees are a rip, $800 documentation fee and $995 prep fee. Get a grip. Oh and they told me on the way out they own every Nissan dealer in the area so I’d run into the same issues. That’s great, I’ll take my money and buy a Toyota. Pure snake oil at route 46. More
