Worst dealer experience I went to this dealership fully prepared with all the details in advance including a letter from them trying to earn my business offering $2500 toward I went to this dealership fully prepared with all the details in advance including a letter from them trying to earn my business offering $2500 towards remaining monthly payments on my current lease AND the letter states no over mileage fees. Knowing my car is over mileage I decided to take advantage. They tried to roll my excess mileage fees into the fees for the new car! Ignored my $2500 voucher as well. In addition, their website also said $1000 credit for recent college graduates in the last 6 months which I am and I brought my diploma. I was told I could not use this in addition to the other stuff they were even honoring. Nothing anywhere says they can't be combined and they could not give me a real number. I have leased 5 cars over the last 12 years and never have I felt so enraged by a dealership. Anyone who settles with this dealership certainly did not do their homework and got ripped off. More

Very good price on new 2014 Pathfinder, purchased Oct 3, 2013... BUT - 2.5 months after NissanUSA refunded them the $2495 extended warranty I cancelled, they have not refunded that money to me. - Nissan 2013... BUT - 2.5 months after NissanUSA refunded them the $2495 extended warranty I cancelled, they have not refunded that money to me. - Nissan46 overcharged state sales tax, which I caught them out on and, guess what, they have not refunded that. - They are also supposed to refund the overage on the $425 Registration fee. Nothing yet. After leaving a dozen messages with the Finance guy I dealt with at the time of the sale, I got a callback from Schuyler Miller (sales), who referred me to Paul in Finance. Lots of promises to get back to me with a full accounting but nothing since December. Last week I filed a complaint with NissanUSA, which will take it up with the dealership but, ultimately it will do nothing more than that. Why would anyone forewarned buy a vehicle from a dealership that conducts its business this way? More

Salesperson: John Magginnis... Excellent person to deal with. He was very attentive, and listened and responded to our requests and needs. I would definitely seek him out again. "Deal Person": Schuyle with. He was very attentive, and listened and responded to our requests and needs. I would definitely seek him out again. "Deal Person": Schuyler Miller... He presented my deal on a piece of notebook paper written with a Sharpie. I thought this was unprofessional. Route 46 Nissan is afterall a business and as such, I was expecting more in this regard. First, it was hard to read the numbers on the page. Second, it was hard to understand the numbers on the page. I ended up doing a lease, which I wanted to calculate myself using a lease calculator on my smartphone. The numbers needed to do this, were not the numbers written on the page. He was more interested in providing the monthly payment number (a number I needed to substantiate), rather than the numbers that went into calculating that result. This in a nutshell gave me the perception of impropriety, though after much discussion back and forth I finally figured that there was none. Finance Person: I don't remember his name... First, I did not leave the facility with a copy of my signed contract. When I asked for it, I was told it would be mailed to me. I believe that this may be illegal. Second, I was told that window etching, which was done on ALL their cars is required by the DMV. When I later researched this, that statement turned out to be a lie. The monthly payment amount, which I initially agreed to, already included the window etching. But not until I was ready to sign the lease agreement was I told that window etching was one of the elements that made up the final payment number. Recommended? YES for the outstanding price we received, NO for the sales process. The buying process was not "Fun and Easy" it was to be honest, rather stressful. Three years is not a very long time and when my lease is up, I'll probably end up using Route 46 Nissan as a price benchmark to hold to other dealers and buy elsewhere. More

I have no complaint about price -- they were very competitive on that score. But nearly three months after the purchase we are having a nightmare of a time with their finance department, specifically competitive on that score. But nearly three months after the purchase we are having a nightmare of a time with their finance department, specifically Darren, which has refused to return any of our calls about a refund for: - overcharging sales tax!!!! - overcharging registration fee!!! - cancellation of the extended warranty, which is our right under the terms of the contract.
