Ripped off beyond belief Shame on me. Settled on a price of $14200 on a Versa. In the finance office I didn't see the fine print that my down payment want going to the total Shame on me. I have 6 kids and 3 in college. How do they sleep at night? More

Another great Experience at Nissan 46 I recently started my second lease with Nissan 46. My experience was great both times and I will continue to work with them and refer the dealership I recently started my second lease with Nissan 46. Nick Giacomaro was very helpful, polite, and informative both times I've done business with him. Nick answered any questions I had and made sure to follow up with me. Schuyler Miller was also pleasant to work with and I felt comfortable and happy to sit and talk with him. Overall I am a satisfied customer and couldn't be happier with my new Altima! More

Keep Calm & Stay Away! To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact aside and instead took us to his desk. After the test drive, he was very pushy with obtaining our personal information, despite us informing him we were not ready to make a decision, yet. He also told us the True Car savings that was previously quoted to me was incorrect, and then asked to see the email on my phone, and used my phone, without my knowledge or consent, to forward the email to his own personal email (not work email). He also used my personal information to run a hard credit inquiry, even though again, we made it very clear we were not ready to make any decisions. He refused to provide any pricing information, and instead kept asking us what we could afford, information which we weren't comfortable providing at this point. He didn't even have a business card to provide us at the end. This was our first car-buying attempt of the day, and it was the worst. Luckily, the remaining dealerships (Subaru, Honda & Toyota) were a much better experience. I know it's not the process, but the people. More

Awful I went in looking to purchase a certified pre-owned, with every intention of walking away with a car that day. My salesman, Heivy Gomez, was extremely I went in looking to purchase a certified pre-owned, with every intention of walking away with a car that day. My salesman, Heivy Gomez, was extremely helpful and accommodating. At no point did I feel uncomfortable with negotiating with Mr. Gomez, and I felt like he actually went above and beyond to make me feel such way. However, when manager Schuyler Miller came over to the desk to talk about pricing, I have never felt more disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Not only was Mr. Miller abrasive and rude, he had no problem asking condescending questions, such as, "Well if you liked that car so much, why didn't you buy it?" (referring to a vehicle at a different dealership)- as if it were his right to know. This conversation ended after less than 5 minutes, as we left immediately. I just want to re-iterate how helpful and kind Mr. Heivy Gomez was as far as the selling aspect. However, the management, specifically Schuyler Miller, has little to no regard for customers. His pupils looked like dollar signs as soon as he walked over. It's truly concerning that this is supposed to be one of the faces of this dealership. He sure didn't make buying fun, or easy. More

Kevin in finance is a pleasure to work with. Even Sean another salesman was kind and friendly making conversation when my sales people were doing paperwork. More
