Overall, the dealership is nice. Waiting area for customers of the service department was clean and comfortable. However, what compelled me to leave a review, was the wonderful service provided by my service advisor, Savannah Williams. I had two appointments in the same week with Savannah, and she did an absolutely outstanding job both times. In the past, I had received iffy customer service from other advisors, and actually quit coming to Honda of Columbia for service on my vehicle entirely, even going as far as choosing to drive further to the other Honda dealership in Irmo. However, after an inconvenient flat tire, I found myself using Honda of Columbia again this past week out of urgency because I work nearby. After the incredible customer service Savannah provided (on the phone and in person), I will now be choosing Honda of Columbia again for my routine car maintenance! She went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the cost of services upfront and was very helpful in explaining the purpose and benefits of each service. She was also friendly and empathetic, which was appreciated by a very overwhelmed and stressed out me! I can say with confidence that Savannah is the most helpful service advisor I have had at any Honda dealership location. I will happily continue to use Honda of Columbia for routine maintenance on my vehicle, with Savannah as the assigned service advisor. Job well done! More

Honda of Columbia service is top notch. They keep me aware of everything they’re doing and let me know when things are coming up and what I need to worry about now and what can wait. All the service advisers know what they’re doing and Preston Locklear, the service manager, works very hard to make sure things are done right and the customers are satisfied. More

Second vehicle purchase we've made at this dealership. We had all maintenance on our previous vehicle, a 2016 Honda Pilot, done at the dealership also. Everyone we've dealt with has been pleasant and professional. On this sale, kudos to sales reps Rusty Curran and Adam Bliss for their friendliness and willingness to work with us in a "non-pushy" manner. More
