The sales experience at ALM Kia was great. But when I went back for my first service, an 8000 maintenance for my EV6, things quickly went south. First, the advisor repeatedly told me I needed But when I went back for my first service, an 8000 maintenance for my EV6, things quickly went south. First, the advisor repeatedly told me I needed an oil change. Then, after waiting for two hours, they finished my car, I paid, but then they lost my key. The kicker was that they made me wait for over an hour longer before they finally told me that the key was missing. I could see that my car was sitting, locked, but no one would tell me why I couldn't leave. And now - the icing on the cake - the manager offered me a free oil change to make up for all the hassle (in case you are wondering, no, an EV does not have oil). I was at the dealership for four and a half hours. I got my key back a few days later, another customer had taken them off the advisor's desk. So, my key was not secured as it should have been. A hot mess all around. Cannot recommend this dealer for service. More

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. ALM couldn’t find the second key or the owners manual when I purchased the telluride, but promised they would have both items the next morning. It has been 3 months since the purchase and I still haven’t received the second key or the owners manual. No one will return calls. KIA’s customer service is also worthless as all they say is “the dealership is responsible for those items” and ALM won’t return their calls either. I will never buy another vehicle from ALM or another KIA. It is baffling to me that I can’t get resolution on these two things after spending $60k on a new vehicle. More
