Dan is the man! He hooked it up with a top of the line 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness. Verbal Communication was good. Quick checkout process. Only issue was that Dealership did not read the self drop off key envelope regarding a separate issue I wanted taken care of. Brought that issue up when I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup and was told the small issue would be taken care of. Two days later, I realized that issue was not resolved, so disappointed. Otherwise, everything else went well. More
