The service advisor was very thorough and listened to me. She also investigated why I did not get a second key when I purchased the vehicle. Apparently the is a supply chain issue. Employees: Please treat ERVIN and SARA to a nice lunch or something because they're amazing employees. They've shown 5 Star service every time I interact with them. I live near the Steven's Creek Toyota or something because they're amazing employees. They've shown 5 Star service every time I interact with them. I live near the Steven's Creek Toyota but I'd rather drive 30 minutes to Fremont Toyota because I've had good service. Service/Maintenance: One thing I did have issues with was two of my wheel covers had come of. One of them had rolled off when I was driving and the other I think was stolen. I just wanted to give the maintenance team a heads up to double check vehicle wheel covers and ensure they're tightened :) UI/Survey: Please make it easier to access your survey on android phone email lol. I had to forward this to another email and access it :( Lobby: The chairs aren't as comfortable for people who choose to wait 2+ hours. They really numb the bum. Love the coffee. More
