Everything was good except the finance guy, Rick. He was not very professional. He forgot to have me sign the title to the vehicle that I was trading in, causing me to go out of my way to get it sign He was not very professional. He forgot to have me sign the title to the vehicle that I was trading in, causing me to go out of my way to get it signed and sent back to him. While signing all paperwork, I told him multiple times that I get all my mail at my PO Box and he used my physical address which created problems with my finance company and I have to contact them and get that all corrected. He kept telling me more than I needed to hear about his personal life which caused him to have to redo paperwork while I was there. I would give him a poor rating. I would give Sarah a great rating as she went above and beyond to help me and I thank her very much. More
