We took our 2010 RX 350 in for service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and as we waited for our vehicle we were asked if we wanted to explore the possibility of a new 2014 RX 350. Since we were extremely happy with the 350, which we had purchased from this dealership, we decided to check it out. We were introduced to Sanjay Khairmode, a very polite, affable , and knowledgeable salesman. While we wanted to explore the purchase of the vehicle, Sanjay took the time to explain the possibility of leasing as well. We looked at the numbers from a number of views, and Sanjay patiently helped us look at different scenarios. While he didn't have to "sell" us on the car, since we loved the 2010, he pointed out the new features found on the 2014. We finally decided to lease the 2014, and we thought the exact car was in the inventory, it turned out that is was "on its way". Sanjay kept us informed every day as to the whereabouts of the car, and answered every question we had. When signing the paperwork, we worked with Tricia Jarvis, who explained the financial aspects of the deal, and also the various add-ons that were available. No sales pressure whatsoever, just a professional presentation, a pleasure to deal with. We could not have had a better experience. Sanjay was patient and answered all our questions, and gave us the room to try different things. The dealership is beautiful and you could tell he enjoys working for the company. When we made the decision to buy, which we did without the intent to do so today, Sanjay was very forthcoming with information and brought in Scott to make the deal. We were happy where we settled on the lease, and my husband is a tough negotiator. Emma finished the deal in financing...great experience, the features and benefits and the "perks" of doing business with the dealership really sold me. I think I will love my new 450 hybrid. More

I went to this dealership to actually look at and possibly purchase a 2010 Acura MDX, since I owned a 2007. My salesperson was Sanjay Khairmode. He was quite knowledgable in the Acura's performance and features and after test driving it, he suggested I also test drive a 2010 Lexus RX350. I could not believe the difference in these two vehicles. The Lexus' ride was so much smoother, and the interior was definitely above the Acura. I am very pleased that Sanjay took the time to suggest I drive the Lexus. He spent the better part of the day with me going over the choice of Lexus vehicles his dealership had, as well as explaining all the features of the Lexus. Clayton Zak was very patient and helpful in going over the financial details of my new purchase. After owning the vehicle for 3 weeks, I did experience a slight problem, however, Sanjay did not simply forget me as he had already made a sale. He spoke with me almost daily until we resolved the issue. He further called me after it was resolved, to be certain I was happy. This is a salesman who goes above and beyond before, during and after a sale is made. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, although it was his day off, Sanjay came in to accommodate my schedule - I didn't know that it was his off day until I came in to pick up the car.
