I went in to Lexus of Sharon on a recommendation, but had not made up my mind as to which make/model car I wanted. Sanjay was informative not only about my ES350, but about other competitors cars and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, pointing me toward those that would fit my criteria, not ones that just cost more as other dealers sometimes do. Sanjay and Rocco S. worked my deal so I could drive my new ES350 home when I went back the next day. The process was smooth with attention to details. Extremely professional and truly concerned about my satisfaction the day of purchase, as well as after the sale. This is my first Lexus, but the fourth in my family all purchased from Sanjay. This car buying experience was like none I have ever experienced. Sanjay went out of his way to esnure we were taken care of but did not hover or pressure me. I did have a slight issue with the first car I took off the lot and Sanjay and Rocco ensured that I came back so that we can fix it. I just went back to Sanjay again and purchased my second Lexus. I also recommended two family members who Sanjay sold to as well. Sanjay is not your typical sales person and Herb Chambers is not your typical dealership. The sales department and service is awesome and they make you feel at home. There is no hard sell and from the moment you walk in the door you are taken care. Sanjay is also the only sales person I know that gives his customers his personal cell phone number. I have been to many other dealerships and there is just no comparison. I highly recommend Sanjay, Rocco and the team at Herb Chambers and I look forward to seeing Sanjay again in two years when I am ready for my next Lexus. More

Four years ago I walked in and I didn't just get a salesperson, I got a dedicated team of professionals that work together through every step of the process - buying, financing, and service are all beyond comparison. I absolutely hated the idea of dealing with a car purchase until I went to Herb Chambers Lexus. I called ahead this time and Sanjay had every model I wanted to drive ready for me, Niko knew the terms of my last lease and had the terms and paperwork for the 300 done in no time and I was extremely happy to find that Kristen is still my service consultant - she is beyond professional. More than one thing struck me during this transaction...not only was it easy, but I had two of the three people I had dealt with four years earlier to count on. The only reason I didn't have the same team of three...my original salesperson had rightfully been promoted to business manager. I kid you not when I say that I had such a good experience, I manged to migrate my husband from what we now call "the ultimate sliding machine" (and this company will NOT come and help you up your driveway) to a Herb Chambers Lexus as well. I thought that everyone was very courteous and friendly and there was a large selection of vehicles to choose from. I am 77 years old and have been buying cars for more than 50 years so I am not surprised at anything that I encounter when buying a vehicle. I do like the fact that Mr. Herb Chambers allows his customers to provide feedback regarding the experience of buying one of his vehicles. I enjoyed working with the Salesman Mr. Khairmode and the technician Mr. Pacheco and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I thought the facility in Sharon was one of the best I have ever seen and it was spotless everywhere I went. It certainly has a great atmosphere with a numerous selection of vehicles. It's good to have a resource like Mr. Pacheco because driving the RX350 is like driving a smart phone.......there are quite a few functions one needs to learn. More
