Sanjay was patient and answered all our questions, and gave us the room to try different things. The dealership is beautiful and you could tell he enjoys working for the company. When we made the decision to buy, which we did without the intent to do so today, Sanjay was very forthcoming with information and brought in Scott to make the deal. We were happy where we settled on the lease, and my husband is a tough negotiator. Emma finished the deal in financing...great experience, the features and benefits and the "perks" of doing business with the dealership really sold me. I think I will love my new 450 hybrid. More

I went to this dealership to actually look at and possibly purchase a 2010 Acura MDX, since I owned a 2007. My salesperson was Sanjay Khairmode. He was quite knowledgable in the Acura's performance and features and after test driving it, he suggested I also test drive a 2010 Lexus RX350. I could not believe the difference in these two vehicles. The Lexus' ride was so much smoother, and the interior was definitely above the Acura. I am very pleased that Sanjay took the time to suggest I drive the Lexus. He spent the better part of the day with me going over the choice of Lexus vehicles his dealership had, as well as explaining all the features of the Lexus. Clayton Zak was very patient and helpful in going over the financial details of my new purchase. After owning the vehicle for 3 weeks, I did experience a slight problem, however, Sanjay did not simply forget me as he had already made a sale. He spoke with me almost daily until we resolved the issue. He further called me after it was resolved, to be certain I was happy. This is a salesman who goes above and beyond before, during and after a sale is made. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. In 3 years or so when I will be looking for another vehicle, he will be the first person I contact. More

I recently visited Herb Chamber Lexus of Sharon to turn in my car at lease end and to lease a new vehicle. Sanjay Khairmode greeted me with a smile and proceeded to show me the new model of the vehicle I was currently driving. He pointed out the updates and offered a test drive. When it was time to sit down and discuss the lease options he was very professional. knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, although it was his day off, Sanjay came in to accommodate my schedule - I didn't know that it was his off day until I came in to pick up the car. I would highly recommend Sanjay Khairmode to friends and family when going to purchase a Lexus, I truly appreciated his professionalism throughout the process. More

I went in to Lexus of Sharon on a recommendation, but had not made up my mind as to which make/model car I wanted. Sanjay and Rocco S. worked my deal so I could drive my new ES350 home when I went back the next day. The process was smooth with attention to details. Extremely professional and truly concerned about my satisfaction the day of purchase, as well as after the sale. This is my first Lexus, but the fourth in my family all purchased from Sanjay. This car buying experience was like none I have ever experienced. Sanjay went out of his way to esnure we were taken care of but did not hover or pressure me. I did have a slight issue with the first car I took off the lot and Sanjay and Rocco ensured that I came back so that we can fix it. I just went back to Sanjay again and purchased my second Lexus. I also recommended two family members who Sanjay sold to as well. Sanjay is not your typical sales person and Herb Chambers is not your typical dealership. The sales department and service is awesome and they make you feel at home. There is no hard sell and from the moment you walk in the door you are taken care. Sanjay is also the only sales person I know that gives his customers his personal cell phone number. I have been to many other dealerships and there is just no comparison. I highly recommend Sanjay, Rocco and the team at Herb Chambers and I look forward to seeing Sanjay again in two years when I am ready for my next Lexus. More
