I spoke with Mike on the phone about the vehicle I was interested in before going and he was able to talk numbers with me before I even got to the lot. I wasn’t feeling pressured by any means and he made the whole process smooth. For the financing part, Scott was very patient and even helped me get a lower rate and explained the warranty process and how it all worked in a terms that made it understandable. They were aware of my approval through the bank and did not try to sell me on more than what I wanted. I Also loved the woman Sandy, at the front desk she was the sweetest and was helpful while I waited while they got the paperwork together. Thank you Ferman for making my car buying experience the best. Would recommend! I was very happy with my purchase when I left, and I also got a little Blue duck to go with my Blue Jeep! More
