I sold my Volvo to this Dealer 2 years ago. I recently had to pay both town and county property taxes on this vehicle because I was unable to prove that I was no longer the owner. The F & I lad I recently had to pay both town and county property taxes on this vehicle because I was unable to prove that I was no longer the owner. The F & I lady and another bookkeeper lady both bent over backwards to find the sale date in their records and generate a duplicate bill of sale for me. They knew that I wasn't going to spend money, yet they both treated me like I was buying a whole fleet of F 150s. Thanks to their kindness and diligence, I'll be getting a large refund on the taxes paid. When I'm next in the market for another E150, I will go there first! More

All the employees at Front Royal Ford really set the bar high for the competition. Especially Amber, who was polite, professional, and helpful on the phone. She was able to really listen and help me decide high for the competition. Especially Amber, who was polite, professional, and helpful on the phone. She was able to really listen and help me decide which car was right for me. She was knowledgeable of the more complicated aspects of buying a car, and made sure all my questions were answered. I walked out the door to my new car confident and happy with the experience. 10/10 More
