Very satisfied with the service provided I had a very good experience at Lou Fusz Toyota collision center. Nicely body repair is done on my Highlander and it looks like a new car. Most Unfriendly Receptionist I have ever met My first impression from the receptionist (Sandy Dodson) was almost enough to make me leave. She was so unfriendly, acting as if i was a bother to he My first impression from the receptionist (Sandy Dodson) was almost enough to make me leave. She was so unfriendly, acting as if i was a bother to her, disrupting her day. Fortunately, Steve Sage came out and his attitude turned the tables. The second interaction I had with Sandy was equally as bad, still she was so rude and bothered. Fortunately, Jeff the manager stepped out, he was just as nice as Steve and once again, the tables had been turned around. My third interaction with Sandy was on the phone, she was equally as rude and bothered with my call and questions, actually to the point I finally barked back at her. I am 56 years old, bought a lot of cars, been to a lot of body shops, never have I met someone so rude. In fact, in all my other purchasing or service related experiences, I have never been treated so poorly. Perhaps she was having a bad Friday (11/21/18), bad Wednesday (11/26/18), bad Friday (11/28/18); but, that's a week string of bad days.... She probably has some skills; but, should be moved to a "back office support role" so your clients or potential clients don't have to put up with her attitude. More

The # one reason why we like Fusz cars is because the service department is absolutely first class and Scott Gryzmala is one of the reasons that is so - he always comes through, follows up, and Scott gets the job done. My dark green 4-Runner and I left the service department this morning (7-25-18) after having an oil change and new spark plugs installed plus a few other minor things. I was driving the vehicle on I-270 and for whatever reason it started running very rough so I pulled over and stopped the engine. I called Scott and told him what had happened and that I was having AAA tow the car back into the shop. He told me not to try to start the car and he would be watching for the truck to arrive. Sure enough, the tow vehicle pulled into the Fusz Toyota lot and Scott was there to greet us. He showed the driver how to get into the service bay area to drop the car off and suggested that I meet him at his work station so we could get things set up for a loaner vehicle. Department GM Stephanie Watkins was there to say hello and she apologized for the inconvenience and bolstered my confidence that things would all work out OK. She and Scott had a loaner car for me as fast as could be. I am 100% confident that whatever needs work on my car to fix the glitch, it will get done and iin the right way. I love my dark green 4-Runner ! The mark of an above average service organization is when it can follow thru on the time tested rule of thumb: "Exemplary service is when the customer does not have to ask for anything because the service giver knows what is needed before the customer even has to mention it." That is how Scott Gryzmala - Stephanie Watkins - Mike Wolz - Warren Hamilton - Dalton - and all the Fusz team are as a matter of course. It is why our family has owned Toyota cars since 1995 and we will continue to do so. In our book, the Fusz Team is always ahead of the game and they always know the score. More

Great experience, great car Shane and Chuck and Bill were great. Shane helped me get the car I wanted within my price range and didn't engage in high-pressure sales tactics to up Shane and Chuck and Bill were great. Shane helped me get the car I wanted within my price range and didn't engage in high-pressure sales tactics to up-sell me. He worked with me and even stayed late, inconveniencing himself and his partner to make sure to give me the tour of the insides of the vehicle so I could drive off safely and with the knowledge I needed to enjoy the car's features. Chuck was upfront about some imperfections on the car's exterior due to the lengthy time it had sat on the car lot before I came to purchase it and immediately made us an offer to discount the price of the vehicle and to make the body repairs free of charge. He really won my wife over when he offered to install seat warmers in her car, a Jeep Patriot purchased from a different dealer, as part of that discount/repair. He seemed to have a handle on the goings-on at the location and I felt like he was there to do whatever necessary to make sure our experience was a great one. Bill was considerate about helping us pick out the extras as we finalized our deal, and when we came back a few days later and asked for some changes to reduce how much we had spent on those options, he was just as considerate about helping us find the right price for our budget while still offering us those quality services. It was a good experience overall. I was impressed by the way that the location used texting and then saved those text conversations in a location where all the employees could access it so they got up-to-speed on our previous conversations with employees and knew where to pick up from. I was also impressed that they managed to beat the sales price offered by a competitor, and continued to negotiate that down as the competitor lowered theirs to try to get us back over there. Finally, Shane followed up diligently on making sure I got my car back in for the exterior repairs (it only took a day to complete and the car looked perfect afterwards) and to get my wife's seat warmers installed. I would recommend this location and this staff in particular. More

Great Auto Body Work I bought my 2015 Camry from Lou Fusz less than a year ago and already it's been hit THREE times and required extensive body work. (None of these acci I bought my 2015 Camry from Lou Fusz less than a year ago and already it's been hit THREE times and required extensive body work. (None of these accidents were my fault!) I have dealt with all four of the Collision Center staff and have found each of them to be courteous, efficient, and very helpful. The work done at their auto body repair facility has been excellent and it was done in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the folks at the Collision Center but would prefer to not see them again, unless it's at lunch!!! More
