Could not have been easier and everyone was so courteous and nice to me — not like the old adversarial roles when trying to buy a car. I did the whole thing online and never had to leave my home. and nice to me — not like the old adversarial roles when trying to buy a car. I did the whole thing online and never had to leave my home. However there was a rock chip in the windshield that was not disclosed before I drove over 4 hours to buy the car. They did agree to reduce the price by $500 for that which was good. The issues came after the sale. Since I already had a check from my credit union for initial amount they owed me the $500 plus some extra on the sales tax they had miscalculated. Total owed back to me was just over $600. Well here it is June 14 and I bought the car April 5th and still no check. In addition although they had the check from my credit Union and I told the name of the credit union they sent the title to a different credit union so we still have no title. Repeated calls don't seem to get it fixed. I waited this long to write the review hoping they would fix these issues but finally got tired of waiting. 2 months and counting with no title and no check for the amount they owe me. One lady actually called and said they didn't owe me the full amount as they miscalculated the sale tax and didn't owe me as much but when I went back to the bill of sale they had actually charged me more than the 7% for my area. This is the worst customer experience I have ever endured in my life. This company is nothing but your typical “car-salesman experience” but with FAR LESS quality communication. From the continual constant- in my life. This company is nothing but your typical “car-salesman experience” but with FAR LESS quality communication. From the continual constant-contact required by THE CUSTOMER in order to move any sort of buying process along, continual handoffs, intentional delays and attempts to get you “in the door” all made this process anything but hassle—free. Their slogans on the website are copy and paste but have no real meaning in person of making your time feel valued, “car shopping made easy”, and are a FAR cry from “exceptional customer service”. Additionally, I’ve been dealing with warranty concerns for my vehicle since bringing it home. I have been transferred to dead lines 10 times over the course of my experience, and the GM is literally unreachable. They advertise a “Talk to the GM” as if an email goes to his “personal inbox” but this goes unmonitored. Additionally, every time I’ve attempted to be transferred to speak with him “Oh, he’s at the other location today.” So I’ve call the other location and hear “He’s usually only at the other location, he doesn’t come here very often.” So employees (and managers alike) handoff the responsibility, hoping none of it will befall them personally, as the customer will just give up. I will continue to post my experience on any platform that has a chance of reaching potential customer base so they are warded away by shady practices in play, including ALTERING THE FINAL PRICE OF A VEHICLE AFTER YOU’VE AGREED AND HOPING YOU SIGN THE FINAL PAPER TOO QUICKLY IN THEIR FINANCE OFFICE. To recap: cold handoffs, poorly trained sales-reps, lackluster valuations for trade-in, zero respect for customer’s time, no continuity of care (or assumption of responsibility), absent GM, “finish-line” price gouging. Don’t shop here, take your chances with l.i.t.t.e.r.a.l.l.y. ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. Being forced to even leave the minimum one-star review here is too gracious of a gesture. More

Typical dealer attempts to tack on needless fees and charges without telling the customer that they don't have to pay for them. Low ball initial trade value and use highest financing rate for bank kick charges without telling the customer that they don't have to pay for them. Low ball initial trade value and use highest financing rate for bank kick back. An inexperienced buyer will get hosed. Fortunately I know better. More
