I was not looking forward to helping my sister buy a new car, as I have been to shady dealerships one too many times. I was ready for a fight, for some high-pressure sales tactics, and then for the numbers car, as I have been to shady dealerships one too many times. I was ready for a fight, for some high-pressure sales tactics, and then for the numbers we agreed upon to not match up when we finally make it to the paperwork. And I can tell you, I was dead wrong. Carl, Sammy, and Bryan took care of us from start to finish. These gentlemen were both professional and kind and made sure we left feeling good about our purchase and our total interaction with each of them. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do your due-diligence and look around, and then get over to Toyota of Gladstone and ask for Carl, because I am confident he will treat you with the same level of kindness and honesty he demonstrated to us.
