It does not reflect on our experience with Alicia who was fantastic but overall doesn’t make me trust this dealership. More

The entire process from the test drive to when we rolled out of the showroom was A++. Our salesperson Levi Cook was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with with buying a car. Real down to earth and treated us like we were friends. His humbleness and the fact that he admitted he didn’t know what he didn’t know is so rare in salespeople. Everyone else in the transaction from the manager to finance was the same way. We have purchased Toyota previously and love the brand but this was the first time at Gladstone Toyota and this will be our go to dealer from now on. Thank you so much More

This is the second car that I have purchased through Eric Lonergan and he has always been very patient with me through all of the questions I have for ALL the new technology that’s around when I finally brok Lonergan and he has always been very patient with me through all of the questions I have for ALL the new technology that’s around when I finally broke down and went from a 1995 Corolla to a 2019 Corolla and now a 2021 Camry. With my newest car there isn’t a CD player and since I do normally travel to places where there is no radio service I was trying to figure out what music app to use and how to use it. Eric spent over an hour just today alone with me showing me how to use one of the apps and how to navigate around the system, back and forth from map to phone to the Spotify app I chose to use. I am now feeling much “smarter” with all the new technology. And, just like with the last new car 3 years ago Eric told me to call, text, or stop by any time with any questions I might have. He has a way of explaining that doesn’t make me feel stupid when I keep asking even more questions😵‍💫 More

This was the best car-buying experience I've had in my 30 years of driving/buying cars. JC was my Internet Salesperson and was very friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries; great communication througho years of driving/buying cars. At the dealership, Dusty was fantastic to work with; knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward. No BS or hard-sell sales tactics, just a chill guy that went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and get the transaction done quickly and smoothly. Everyone I dealt with, including Sami (the manager) and Kristin (finance) was great; they were both slammed as it was the end of the month, but they got all the numbers and paperwork done in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. Just to be clear, this is still a car dealership and the managers and finance will try to upsell you on protection plans and extended warranties. This is THEIR JOB and how they make their money. I don't fault them for trying, as long as they don't pushback or continue to sell me when I decline those add-ons. After I politely declined, they just let it go and moved on with the transaction. Also, the prices on all cars are all high right now due to shortages (do your research). Don't think you're going to get a hot-selling car way under MSRP; be realistic with your pricing (given the current state of things) and they will work with you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toyota of Gladstone to my friends/family and will definitely go back when it comes to time to get another Toyota! More
