I appreciated the fact that this Toyota dealership actually had a dedicated person to help customers interested in vehicles found on-line. After I initiated contact, Jamie was very responsive to my request for information about their inventory, without being over-bearing. I was treated the same way when I went in for a test drive; she was friendly, low-keyed, and informative. Jamie, was up-front about the Costco discount and, like the other sales and finance staff I spoke with, was attentive to my interests. They certainly lived up to their promise to make a vehicle purchase "simple, honest and hassle-free." More

Sou was quick to answer me back and offered a test drive the same afternoon. Went in, test drove the same truck that I had seen online, and ended up buying it that night. Sou(pronounced Sue) was very helpful and accommodating. Answered every question I had and made the experience pleasant. I would definitely return and recommend him and Gladstone Toyota. More
