I had to bring my vehicle back in for the same check engines codes that came back on after the first first time I brought it in. After only driving about 40-50 miles both the 1st and 2nd time I had it i engines codes that came back on after the first first time I brought it in. After only driving about 40-50 miles both the 1st and 2nd time I had it in, the check engine light came back on for the same codes. Looks like it will have to go back in a 3rd time! More

Samantha was professional and friendly. At my request she gave me a detailed estimate of each part to be worked on with pictures and the price. She also returned a call to my son to tell him about any part he questioned (this was late on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend). When the car was not ready as planned, she shuttled me to my dental appointment and then to the garage where I waited another hour for my car to be done. She easily took care of a late detail the next day. I wish you had asked this before I wrote this whole thing for Carfax! More

Samantha communicated my vehicle status via text message throughout the entire appointment which I appreciated. I also really enjoyed the video inspection from my technician, what a cool feature. Price was more than what was quoted to me. Also when I got home I opened the hood and found that they forgot to put the cap back on the transmission fill tube.
