The service tech, whose name I couldn't make out on the video message of the assessment of my S5, installed my new window regulator and it works excellent. Being the second time the regulator had broken, I video message of the assessment of my S5, installed my new window regulator and it works excellent. Being the second time the regulator had broken, I paid particular attention to the window after the repair. The 1st replacement regulator always made a slight click noise when fully closing. This regulator makes no clicking or any other sounds. Operation is smooth and silent. I am confident this regulator will last more than 2 years. So, thank you to the tech for a great job. I do want to note, the service center waiting area is dismal for a luxury dealership. I have seen nicer service waiting areas at a Chevy dealership. No TV on, limited magazines or even sales brochures. No refreshments, no coffee, no beverages, no snacks. And it didn't seem like anyone cared. This may cause me to buy another Audi dealership in the area. This is a shame. Add to that the total lack of loaner cars at this dealership and it's like, I'll take my money elsewhere. It should be noted that we have purchased 3 cars from this dealer. A TT RS, an A5 S Line and an A4 Premium Plus. Pretty sad that I am not treated better. I have already told you I'm an Audi buyer.
