I’ve had 2 s8 Audis and both have had issues that cannot be resolved. Clearly something is wrong with this model and I do not want to feel unsafe in a vehicle I drive my daughter in. The new ai answering system is also a nightmare. My sales associate abbas is the best person and always supports us. Because of him alone I haven’t left Audi. I s8 left me stranded on a main highway. The car has now been back 3 times and Audi can’t give an answer to what is wrong. Similar experience with my last s8. More

Left voice mails for David and talked to several agents. Multiple calls were not returned. The car in warranty service for 6 weeks. Asked for car loaner due to time and was never available. It would been nice if David had offered extending the audi care for the annual service. I had to do online. Understand this may not benefit the dealership and probably why it was not offered. More
