Sam was so helpful! I feel like he went the extra mile by reminding me that I have an extended warranty and explaining it to me. He also had the service staff check my tires when I expressed that I was going on a trip and was concerned about the age of the tires on my car. He also gave me a quote for a new set even though it will be awhile before I will need them. That way I am prepared! Sam was super nice too and kept me informed. More
