This dealership is incredibly unprofessional, and frankly unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. The lack of safety unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. The lack of safety measures could’ve ended very poorly for me and there was a HUGE lack of understanding and sympathy on their end. I will never step foot in this dealership and will never recommend it to anyone. More

Service went well, the intake person by the maintenance reception needs some customer service 101. Also when trying to obtain my car after service I have to go around the parking lot to find it after a w reception needs some customer service 101. Also when trying to obtain my car after service I have to go around the parking lot to find it after a while of circling around it was way buried way behind all other parked cars & have to wait again until they move all the cars out of the way. Overall service was great but poor customer service! More

Have great experiences working with Sam Waddell as my service coordinator. Takes his time explaining any concerns or what work has been completed or any issues and has great communication skills . Is aware that we drive a distance and wait for our service , this has been no issue and he ensures work is completed in a timely manner with no less care taken . Very enjoyable process working with Honda and their exceptional service department ! More
