My recent buying experience with Brandon Honda Just purchased my 2019 Honda CRV from Brandon Honda. Thanks to the great service provided to me by Quincy Harmon, I never had to leave my home. Not Just purchased my 2019 Honda CRV from Brandon Honda. Thanks to the great service provided to me by Quincy Harmon, I never had to leave my home. Not only in Quincy an extremely professional young man, he is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Might add, he is very pleasant to be around as well. I made my purchase and signed all my papers without ever leaving my house. Quincy was very helpful in helping me make my selection via phone, he delivered my new car to my house, brought all the paperwork to my home for me to sign, and fully explained all the features of my new car. He even set up my Blue Tooth in my car for me and synced my car to my cell phone. Great not to have to leave my house to buy a car--it use to be you spent all day in a dealership to purchase a car. Brandon Honda should be proud to have such a professional representative of their dealership on their team. Susan Camp More

Add options package for $1897 on new car you cant refuse. They do not honor the price you agreed on. Say you agreed on price X and when you go for paperwork you will see 1897 added on top of it which is the p They do not honor the price you agreed on. Say you agreed on price X and when you go for paperwork you will see 1897 added on top of it which is the purchase price. You cant say no I dont want it. Its part of money sucking strategy. What they are offering in the package is paint protection, key fob replacement and nitrogen refill for 3 years (warranty). Its a lot of money on top of the car price you want to pay. And you cannot say I don't want it and have to go with it. But you will realize this at the time of paperwork and they will say I have people waiting after you and rush you into signing the contract. the options package for them costs max 200 dollars. They buy the paint in bulk from a company called Siskin and apply it on your car. In a brand new car what are the chances of you losing your key or need new paint job or for that matter new nitrogen refill(They are offered free in places which have it). Please stay away from this dealership. More

Outstanding purchase experience This was the 29th purchase or lease of a vehicle in the 47 years my wife and I have been married and ranks in the top 5 of those transactions. The salesman, Bill Kirk and the finance specialist,Jeremiah Soltis were extremely helpful and personable and made the transaction much easier to navigate than in previous experiences. Also, General Manager Sam Raabe was very gracious to help finalize the deal including helping us with the lease termination of our old vehicle and in getting the CRV EX that we wanted that had not reached the lot yet. They went above and beyond by bringing us the vehicle from Brandon to our home in Palm Harbor. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new Honda. More
