They charged me $799 for the service of doing the DMV work, which wasn't done, an hours work that apparently becomes a new way to extort money from a buyer. I wonder if that money will be refunded to me when they finally do the DMV work?

I bought the car on 6/6/24 the paperwork was supposed to be emailed to me after a few emails and phone calls I finally received it on 6/11/24. On the bill of sale there was a charge for $198 for "Vehicle Protection Program" when I asked what it covered was there paperwork or a website something that would define it, I was told it covered glass. I still have no information on this program. I called and emailed multiple times over the past month and received simple answers of nothing ready yet. Finally, I spoke with a young lady who told me it was part of a huge software failure. That was the first person to provide me with any information, yet I now have a car parked because my temporary plate expired. Will the dealership refund the $799 they charged me for a service they failed to provide? How long before I can get my plates title and registration so that i can get the car inspected? The check cleared my bank 2 days after the sale!
