We got a great car for a decent price. The ONLY problem was the amount of time we waited to finally talk to the finance depart once we decided on the car we were going to purchase. She answered all of our questions, got us a great deal for our new car and our trade in. From the start we told her we did not want to haggle prices or waste time, so to give us the very bottom line price. And that she did! Do not let her young face fool you, she is very knowledgeable, sweet and patient person. At no point did we ever feel like she was pushing is into anything . Financial part was a breeze. As I finished my purchase, I found I was wrong because I had an EXCELLENT experience! Everyone on the staff with whom I worked had a wonderful attitude and made me know that I could be comfortable and relaxed. Sam is very knowledgeable regarding the Toyota product and it is very evident that she likes working with the public. She is a very definite asset to Toyota of Naperville. The others with whom I interacted, Dorothy, Peter and Gary, treated me as if I was the only customer they had. I felt important to them instead of feeling like I was just another intrusion into their day. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy and helpfulness was without peer. This was indeed the very best car buying experience I have ever had throughout the 40+ years I have been purchasing vehicles. If you give awards for "best role in customer satisfaction", these four individuals should each receive an "Oscar" for their performance!
