First off, buying a Corolla fit all my needs and then some. I am very happy with my purchase. As far as the process was, Sam Cosylion and Scott Bouma were the salesman that helped me out. Sam was very informative about the features offered by the Corolla and was willing to negotiate a lower price for my budget needs. She understood that finances were one of my biggest concerns, and so she did not pressure me into buying until I felt comfortable. Once I decided I would make the purchase, I was handed over to Scott Bouma, who was also very helpful and personable. Scott kindly explained how the finances of the car would work, and methodically explained all the offered features in my new Corolla. Both salesman offered their assistance should I find any issues with the car in the first few days. I love my new car and recommend this dealership. More

2nd time Visit! This is my 2nd time visiting Naperville of Toyota. I first came here to buy my 2014 Toyota Corrolla a few years ago back. I had the pleasure of worki This is my 2nd time visiting Naperville of Toyota. I first came here to buy my 2014 Toyota Corrolla a few years ago back. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Cosylion. She went above and beyond for me when i came in for the very first time. Not knowing what to expect she reassured buying a brand new car was not as bad as everyone made it seemed to be. When it came time to give myself a upgrade. I came in for a visit. I was looking at the 2017 Camry XSE. Ms. Cosylion was again very accommodating and curious to all my needs for a bigger car. She again went above and beyond for me in getting me in my new car. I could not be any happier with my choice. Kudos to Ms. Cosylion and Toyota of Naperville for making this process so smooth and easy for me. I will come back when i want another upgrade! 2020 Avalon here I Come!!! More

He also made arrangements for us to take it to our mechanic. There was only one small issue, and Dave offered to take care of it after the sale. I almost forgot to mention Sam who helped us out with a second look at the car (Dave was off that night). She also suggested that we could take an extended test drive, which gave us a lot more confidence in the purchase. The financing department was ok, but not very responsive. I'd recommend having some lending options lined up in advance so you can fairly evaluate their rates. More
