Manager came out of the office and congratulated me on my purchase, he never introduced and still is himself. I’ve never experienced this before. We met Sam our sales person and he was very knowledgeable so when we found a new to us vehicle we contacted him! He was very helpful and the financial manager was helpful with the financing. We returned 2 we so when we found a new to us vehicle we contacted him! He was very helpful and the financial manager was helpful with the financing. We returned 2 weeks after purchase to ask additional questions and Ashley answered everything for 2 boomers who needed assistance with the set up of things! So patient. Our previous buying experience at another dealership was horrendous so I wasn’t looking forward to purchasing another car but Volvo of Lisle made it a good experience! More
