Bought a car and haven’t received payment of receipt for 2 weeks even after constant follow up. Very transactional, after the purchase they are essentially done with you. Overall I had a good experience at this dealership. Freddy was the perfect sales pro. He was not available when I picked up my car, and I was handed off to another salesperson for the orientation to my Freddy was the perfect sales pro. He was not available when I picked up my car, and I was handed off to another salesperson for the orientation to my new car. He couldn't have been less interested in whether or not I understood the features and new technology. I am going to choc this up to the pandemic and perhaps he wanted to spend minimal time in the car with me, which I would understand. There was not even a friendly, "call me if you have any questions" or "enjoy your new car!" when he was finished. That was disappointing and colored my experience of the dealer. That said, I love my new XC40 and received a fair non-nonsense deal. More

Nice building. Decent cars. My wife has lost confidence in your dealership. We came to Volvo of Lisle about 3 months ago for a loss of oil. We got the run around for too long. This past week we have had in your dealership. We came to Volvo of Lisle about 3 months ago for a loss of oil. We got the run around for too long. This past week we have had enough. We were told they filled the oil, 3 quarts, and to watch it? I exploded! What bunch of xxxxxxxxx I did not just parachute in! You guys don’t want to fix the problem because it is going to cost you some money. We also paid for a certificate of exfra Coverage. Then you billed us $140.00 & change!!!!! What nerve you have! Completely unbelievable!! More

Lack of communication. Misunderstandings worked out The salesman and manager are well informed about the car. Communication for a long wait is appreciated. It is important to stay in contact with the customer so that progress toward delivery is traced. Chris is an exceptional salesman who came through in the end to make sure the customer was well informed and satisfied. There were shortages of staff that had to be worked through by the salesmen. I am very pleased with the car received. There is the reassurance that all will be done to bring total satisfaction to the customer. Thank you More

Fair and friendly process I had done my research and inquired about the car I wanted online. Smooth process and great service I just leased a new XC60 from Volvo Lisle. Negotiating the purchase was very smooth. We just had a few emails back and forth. Jennifer in the finan I just leased a new XC60 from Volvo Lisle. Negotiating the purchase was very smooth. We just had a few emails back and forth. Jennifer in the finance dept was nice enough to let me close on the lease and provide income verification the next business day, saving me an additional trip out to Lisle. Lolita generously and patiently spent over an hour showing me how to use and set up all of the features on the car. More

Fantastic experience! Sam responded right away to emails regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was AWESOME and helpful and quick to respond to all of the questions I ha Sam responded right away to emails regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was AWESOME and helpful and quick to respond to all of the questions I had, even the trivial ones. Once there, Sam handed me to John, because Sam only did Internet. John was PHENOMENAL! He let myself, my wife, & my son look at both Grand Cherokee’s that they had. He didn’t hover, he didn’t push...in fact he patiently let us crawl over, under, & through both of them for 3 hours. He would leave us for a brief time (which was fine with us) then touch base, asked us if we needed anything. Was helpful in answering any questions we had. Once we decided on which one we wanted, Jennifer was PHENOMENAL in answering questions regarding financing, and service contracts. She was very pleasant, and walked us through all of the paperwork without a hitch. We left with our “new” 2011 Grand Cherokee feeling very satisfied we made the right decision and purchase. The only reason we gave Sam four stars was this: he was AWESOME over both the Internet and phone. Courteous, polite, and very helpful. But once he handed us off to John at the dealership, it seemed like we weren’t there anymore. I crossed paths with him at least three times once we decided to purchase the Grand Cherokee, and the most I got was barely a nod...I thought that was odd... Overall, TEN STARS for Volvo of Lisle!!! More
