Mr. David Lee and his staff went above and beyond and did everything necessary to complete my purchase of my BMW by installing Sirius XM and at no charge to me, in my vehicle. I know some people will ask didn't it come with Sirius XM? That was the sticking point of my initial dissatisfaction. Kevin Hemmis was awesome to work with! I was looking for a very specific used vehicle. After going through what was honestly the worst buying experience in my life at a different dealershi I was looking for a very specific used vehicle. After going through what was honestly the worst buying experience in my life at a different dealership, I found that BMW of Catonsville had what I was looking for. I called up and talked to Kevin Hemmis. He was nothing short of awesome. The key is that I live 3 hours away, and I had no ability to get up there to look at the car until several days later...putting me at risk of having someone else buy the car. Kevin jumped through all kinds of hoops to ensure that I could start the buying process remotely, and that the car was reserved and waiting for me for when I was able to get up there. He even offered to pick me up at the train station when I came into town. I'm thrilled with the car, and very thankful to Kevin for all the work he did to make sure I could make it mine! He turned what was a horrible buying process into what turned out to be one of the best! More

I wasn't planning on getting a car! I went to support my cousin and my cousin as well as Korey told me it would all work out. As I've had bad experiences with car dealerships my nerves are always shot! Korey is so calming and sweet!! Sam and Anthony ensured that my deal as well as my cousins were deals that we couldn't walk away from. It wasn't your typical "car deal". There was a sense of comfort knowing even before we completed credit applications that we would both we leaving with the vehicles of our choices (X7 and Range Rover). They all worked diligently to take care of me and it was truly appreciated. I would highly urge anyone considering getting a new BMW to come over to Catonsville and see my guys. More
