Joe, showed me all the information pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in, and gave me the space I needed to make my decision (contacting me to following up every 4-5 days). He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions with expertise. On the day of purchase, Joe was patient and explained every document I was signing with complete clarity. I was fully aware of everything I was appending my name to, and understood my charges fully, which I greatly appreciated. Sam Choi, the finance officer was just as thorough with his explanation of the finance paperwork. I was blown away by his professionalism, and wisdom, when explaining to me the terms of my lease.
