The dealership rating would be higher if you could control your service department in a much more efficient way. I have leased and purchased multiple Jeeps from your dealership and the same service pr control your service department in a much more efficient way. I have leased and purchased multiple Jeeps from your dealership and the same service problems continue. There is not enough space and lack of parking continue to be problematic. Each time I had to tell the cashier what I was supposed to be paying, which was zero and was included in my lease plan. They don't seem to look at the appropriate records. Also, they overbook all of the appointments - even when I come early in the morning. Frustrating. More
