I sold a new explorer for them and bought a truck. Had my old vehicle in for thousands of dollars in repairs. Would have been nice to have gotten more for my trade or oil changes. Since I was told there’s no way to get anymore for my trade and that night it was listed for $4900 more. I’ll still use the dealership due to in-laws relationship with Elder Ford. More
