Today was my second visit to Shamaley Ford and it was better than the first time. I don’t live in El Paso and despite that needed my Fords serviced while visiting my family at Ft. Bliss. The first visit was just for routine maintenance on my Mustang, however today’s visit was for transmission trouble in my wife’s F-150. As it turned out (given the repair cost, the truck’s age/mileage) the better decision was to just purchase a new truck. It’s always great to get a new vehicle, however the sales negotiations, credit apps, paperwork is NOT great. That said, Shamaley Ford REALLY made the entire process very easy! We never felt hustled, rushed, scammed, etc. in any way. My wife and I are extremely happy with the treatment that we received at Shamaley Ford and would definitely do business with them again and recommend this dealership to friends and family.
